One of the best additions in Patch 7.2 was an item called Repurposed Fel Focuser, that works as a "generic flask" with a 15 minutes cooldown.

The item gives you 500 of your primary attribute (Strength, Intellect or Agility) and 750 more stamina for 1 hour. Since the item is not consumed on use, you can have a buff for unlimited time for your character, as long as you can keep yourself alive.

You can buy it for 7500 Nethershard. For that, you can do the Periodic Invasions, farm the Sentinax with a group (or alone if you're the badass jerk) or do Broken Shore World Quests. All these options will give you a reasonable amount of Nethershards and in some time you'll be able to buy the item.

It's sold by an NPC called Warmage Kath'leen, she is standing by the side of an Ethereal at Deliverance Point, in Broken Shore. Once bought, the item can be used almost anywhere, including Battlegrounds, but can't be used in Skirmishes and ranked Arenas/BGs.

What now?

You've already bought the item... But its complicated do remember to use it at all times. You don't like to keep checking your buffs. If you're this guy, exactly like me, there is an excellent solution. The aura below, for the WeakAuras mod, will put a huge green exclamation mark in the middle of your screen every time you don't have the buff and the item is off the cooldown. The aura is smart enough to check if you don't have a real flask buff up, also.
